The Health Sessions are provided by an experienced holistic health educator with extensive medical background and experience in pediatrics – Dr Inna Yakovleva, PhD in Medical Sciences.

Prices: 1 session 60 Minutes 80.00 Euros (excluding VAT). The packet with 5 sessions x 1 time per week is 360.00 euros (excluding VAT) + Gift—the first 60-minute health consulting session is free.

  • During coaching sessions, step by step, you will learn how to implement healthy habits regarding 4 dimensions of health (body movement, smart nutrition, mental health, and increasing energy level) in your everyday life.
  • You will get a 5-week Plan for Healthy eating Week by week, meal by meal and uncover the proven ways to fuel your body for better health.
  • You’ll get a simple, easy-to-follow plan that will help you get healthier in just 6 weeks. You’ll enjoy the benefits of a nutritional eating pattern.
  • Through engaging, interactive communication with your Personal Health Coach you’ll see how to help your health with food. You’ll learn which meal can help to reduce your risk of high cholesterol and may even help improve your memory. You’ll find quick tips for choosing the healthiest breakfast cereal, making a yummy yet healthy sandwich, and ensuring you don’t overeat at dinner.
